I don’t see any pottery listed…why not?

Work will be added as stock is available. The date and time will be announced on Instagram: @radical_pottery

Can I custom order, request or reserve work?

I’m going with the flow and making work as time provides. There are a lot of variables that are too tricky or risky for me to navigate custom pottery. I appreciate that you like my stuff! I’ll do my best to keep up, however, since this isn’t my full-time gig, and things can take time.

I won’t be taking custom orders at this time and will post pieces for sale on predetermined dates and times.

How can I get the item of my dreams?

Items sell really fast. Log in early and refresh the page until you see the items added. The cart doesn’t hold items for you and this I can’t control. It’s best to check out items one at a time.

Can you ship?

I can ship to Canadian addresses at this time. Shipping is calculated at check out and if you’ve bought multiple items, I’ll refund the difference. If an item is lost or stolen from shipping, please contact the post office with questions or concerns.

Local pick-up is available free of charge. Please pick up within 7 days of purchase.

Local delivery for North Bay or East Ferris is available for $5 per order.

What’s a MEH?

MEHs are slightly imperfect pieces that are discounted (otherwise known as ‘seconds’). They could have a chip, slight glaze issue, form, or size. Some people love MEHs more than regular work so be sure to check them out.

How to take care of your pottery

All items are food safe and dishwasher safe. That being said, I’d recommend hand washing your pottery. Avoid thermal shock (extreme hot to cold, or vice versa).

All items are final sale. No returns or exchanges - market or online.
